Mismatched: Season 3 has an eclectic soundtrack that reflects the show’s youthful, heartfelt, diverse and contemporary voice. Working closely with the Director, we commissioned and licensed multiple songs from artists across the country, carefully curating music that could elevate key emotional moments while staying true to the show’s vibrant world.
Among the highlights was Ishq Hai, which quickly became one of the most celebrated songs from the season — amassing millions of streams across platforms and resonating deeply with fans as a standout romantic anthem in the form of a Qawwali.
Our work included artist and composer curation, commissioning and feedback, label coordination, licensing, music budget management, music QC, cue sheets and deliverables.
