Each Cohort is limited in participant number, 6 weeks long, and ends with a massive artist showcase!

Compass Box Studio

Compass Box Studio is a state-of-the-art recording studio that offers professional recording, mixing, and mastering services to musicians. They have a team of experienced producers and engineers who record, produce, and publish music, providing all the right support, resources, and environment for artists to succeed in this industry. Compass Box Studio was founded by musician Raag Sethi to be an active contributor in the ever-growing, diverse independent art ecosystem in India. The studio also provides workshops and training programs to help musicians improve their recording and production skills – as well as hosting and posting incredible Live Jam Sessions by various independent musicians.

Neon is a creative Music Business Consultancy agency developing dynamic, self-sufficient, sustainable and export-ready independent music and culture industries in India.
